Meet Attorney Benjamin Nelson

Ben’s practice focuses on estate planning, business organization and business transactional matters. Ben has worked in a variety of legal capacities over the past decade plus of his legal career, including as a corporate associate at a downtown law firm, as an in-house general counsel at a regional financial services firm, as a solo practitioner, and now as an estate planning attorney with Plan Right Law. The substantive experience and skills Ben has developed in these capacities enable Ben to assist clients in a broad spectrum of legal matters.

Ben holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, and a Juris Doctorate degree from George Mason University School of Law in Arlington, Virginia.  Ben and his wife, Breckin are proud parents of six children and live in Stansbury Park, Utah. 

Ben is licensed to practice law in the State of Utah and is an active member of the Utah Bar Association.
