Meet Attorney David G. Wood

David G. Wood, Esq, is the founder of Plan Right Law, a boutique estate and asset protection law firm with offices in Draper and Tooele, Utah. Plan Right Law helps clients, particularly small business owners, protect their families, property, and resources, and leave a meaningful legacy.

David has been an attorney since 1995 and is a member of the Utah and Idaho Bar Associations. He belongs to the Utah Bar’s Corporate Counsel, Business Law, and Estate Planning sections, and is a member of the Salt Lake Estate Planning Council and Lawyer’s with Purpose. He is also a Certified Medicaid Planner. He has extensive experience domestically and internationally working with start-ups and serving as corporate counsel to several small businesses.

David and his wife, Nancy, live in Sandy, Utah.
